Rob is Sarah’s husband and business partner. Rob has farmed in the area all of his life and moved to Hill Top Farm 8 years ago, when he met Sarah. Rob plays a vital role in the business and is responsible for the financial management of Learning to Listen and Hill Top Farm’s organic produce.

Tracey joined the Team in April, and first met Sarah when she started her Introductory Course In Horsemanship. Tracey has been around horses all her life and regularly competes her two horses. Tracey will be the person you speak to when you contact the office.

Kirsten is our school manager, she has been with the team for two years. Kirsten studied Psychology at University in Nottingham and first met Sarah in 2006 when faced with severe difficulties with her aggressive horse. Kirsten is involved in all aspects of the school and thoroughly enjoys working with the young people at the centre.

My lessons are structured to help encourage patience and confidence between horse and rider. The French Classical style is geared to create harmony and confidence. It aims to aid communication between horse and rider by using our breath and our balance to assist the horse to be able to use his body and balance to develop true self carriage and, therefore, the lightness that we seek.
