The Warrior Programme is an Executive Leadership Course. This programme has been created to fast track leaders, directors, managers, teachers, coaches, trainers & individuals who want to accelerate their learning and don’t have a lot of spare time. We only take 6 people per programme.

The programme is run over 3 to 4 consecutive days and is filled with experiential learning exercises.

Equine Facilitated Leadership Training

Working with horses may seem like a bizarre way to learn about ourselves, but if I told you that horses are a mirror of our conscious and unconscious minds then this might explain how powerful the learning can be. They have a unique ability to read every thought and emotion you have and then will react accordingly. This gives us a great understanding into what other people are seeing.

Bushcraft

Resident bushcraft expert Phil Pemberton offers participants a unique experience in survival and self-knowledge. Trained by Ray Mears, Phil will show you how to make fire, hunt and cook squirrels and catch fish. By stripping away everything that’s familiar and comfortable he teaches an unforgettable lesson in problem solving and overcoming adversity.

ILM Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring

Run in conjunction with Blue Sky Coaching our ILM Level 7 Coaching course can be incorporated into the Warrior programme where relevant. We will cover key leadership concepts and theories, reviewing the characteristics of and conditions for effective leadership. Explore the potential contribution of executive coaching and leadership mentoring to individual, team and organisational performance.
