Northern Learning to Listen Centre (Harrogate)
The Northern Learning to Listen Centre (Harrogate) is situated at The Cherry Trees in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside near Harrogate and Wetherby. It is a 15 minute drive from the A1 and close to Leeds, Harrogate and York, making it convenient for rail and road travel links from all over the country.
The team at the Northern Learning to Listen Centre (Harrogate) is led by Sarah Shearman, founder of Learning to Listen and all team members have been trained in the LTL concepts alongside completing extensive training in transformational coaching. We are all committed to our own development and continue to grow personally and professionally under the guidance and supervision of our lead coach Sarah Readings. Team members include Sarah Ellis who alongside coaching expertly cares for our horse team and Nicki Hall who runs our family coaching and mentoring programmes, as well as many other volunteers who you can find out more about on our Meet the Team page
The environment at Cherry Trees gives clients the opportunity to truly benefit from the positive impact of nature as much of our coaching and training takes place outside. The converted stable block, arena and surrounding fields provide a restorative space to enable a depth of learning and development not possible in a typical indoor location. Clients are consistently moved by the effect of the natural environment on their wellbeing and the quality of their experience.
