One Day Clinics

This year we are running clinics that not only let you learn new skills and have fun, but also concentrate on specific problems. These are some of Sarah’s favourite clinics however we are able to cater to most needs.

Spectators are welcome at all of our clinics.

Confidence

A clinic based on giving you knowledge, support and hands on experience that helps to build your confidence. The aim is to get you having fun again with the horses that you love. You can bring your own horse or use horses at Learning to Listen. The groups are kept small so we can address your individual needs, you will feel more comfortable knowing that you are with like minded people who understand what you are feeling. We believe it is paramount that no pressure is put on you to do anything you are uncomfortable with.

  • I started the confidence workshop incredibly nervous... by the end of it I was sliding off my horses bottom and riding bare back, an excellent clinic I would recommend to everyone. Kirstie, Masham, North Yorkshire
  • Can't wait to come back for more Selina, North Yorkshire

Problem Solving

The problem solving workshops are designed to help give an indepth insight to your horses real issues and hopefully achieve a result that will last. For example, does a horse not want to be clipped because of the noise, the vibration, the cord or association with pain? We can help you discover the exact answers and only then can we begin to get over the issues. We currently hold specific days for specific problems for example, Traffic Training, Spooky Horse, Handling Youngsters, the list is endless. New courses are being developed and will be published on the website.

Horse Psychology Day

Learn to understand what your horse is trying to tell you. This is a an observation and theory day. This course gives an insight into reading the body language that will help you understand the horses own language.

Ground Work/Ridden Clinic

Ground Work and Riding go hand in hand. If you want to learn how to translate your ground work lines of communication to your ridden work this is the course for you.
