The Stadium Project, a charity helping teenagers in Bradford, visited us recently to see what the horses had to say about the way they were working as a team.
Wow what a day we had!
The Stadium Project is a new team and as we know that comes with it’s own special dynamics. This team however were head’s up with dealing with adversity, as this is what they did for a living…..They help teenagers find their path in life!
I love working with teams who are really looking at themselves first and what they are bringing to the table, before blaming others when things start going off track.
As we know, often what we don’t like in others is something we are uncomfortable about in ourselves. This team are totally awear of this and worked really hard to look at each individuals style and unique strengths and work with those to reach their joint goals.
They have a great vision and are doing an amazing job, we wish them well and look forward to seeing them next year.
